Dear friends of Feathered Stars,

Those who know me, know how passionate I am about developing and teaching courses about nutrition and its impact on our health and longevity.

Why? It began with my own family.

On a quest to help those I love, I dove in learning.  It changed my world. It changed my family's world.

Seeing that kind of change in my own family, and then contrasting it with the frustrations others around me experienced making sense of nutrition research to help their own family saddened me. You want to do what is best for those you love, but how can you do that if the information is confusing? Conflicting? Just plain daunting to read? I became frustrated that more people didn't have access to the knowledge I could easily share with students. So here I am taking the leap to empower others with real, useful, actionable knowledge. As I routinely say, "Everything affects everything!"  So a big thank you to all those who patiently encouraged me to branch out over the years. :)

Now I'm driven to empower you with knowledge the same way. Well, maybe not exactly the same way! Chiropractic college, a Master's Degree in Nutrition and the school of hard knocks was pretty tough. I plan on keeping it much easier, but in-depth enough to make connections you may never have known about before. Let's face it, media and research can be conflicting and confusing. Let's make this knowledge available to everyone, and change the world for the better, together.

Lastly, I won't highlight products I am not confident in. Period. I've used it, or I've researched it. So although Feathered Stars may make a small percentage in affiliate money to continue bringing you this information, it is being highlighted here because I believe in it and it is also a way to pass savings on to you.
